Exercise and mental health is a short podcast presented by Dr Jonty Heaversedge of the mental Health Foundation a UK charity that promotes better mental health for all.

Jonty encourages all of us to experience the proven mental health benefits of regular exercise. He talks about the pleasurable release of endorphins the boost to self-esteem, relief from our daily worries and the social and community benefits. Jonty encourages us to build exercise in to our daily activities by not being too ambitious, taking the stairs and walking to work are good ways to start, you do not have to join a fancy gym.
