Insight Timer is a useful meditation timer that you can use to keep track of your personal meditations and it is free of charge. It also has talks, courses and a library of guided meditations in categories such as stress and anxiety reduction and help with getting off to sleep.
A brief and simple introduction to mindfulness, this demystifies the huge amount of coverage that mindfulness gets in the media. It is refreshing to have it explained without it being over-complicated, as it is actually incredibly simple.
